Team Leader and Director of UI/UX with expertise in frontend development across Angular, React, Vue, and Next.js — paired with full-stack capabilities in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

I've built custom npm component libraries, architected design systems from the ground up, and established CI/CD pipelines across GitLab, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. My Azure infrastructure knowledge rounds out an end-to-end view of how products are built and delivered.

How I work

Architecture first

Good systems start with clear boundaries. I think in components, contracts, and data flow before writing a line of implementation — it saves teams weeks of refactoring later.

Bias for consistency

Design tokens, code conventions, commit standards — consistency compounds. A team that agrees on defaults ships faster and reviews more confidently.

Teams, not heroes

The best output comes from teams where everyone understands the goal and has room to grow. I run code reviews as teaching moments and growth plans as long-term investments.
